All prices are subject to change at any time up to when you book with us.

Railheads, Sleepers and seats are system generated and we have no control over preferences, however we do our best to help you where we can.

All tickets on hold will have a cut off time period to complete with the payments made, delay or non payment bookings will automatically release your booking and we shall not be responsible for bookings lost.

If you are a concession card holder, Please make sure that you hold a current concession card and your card matches with the concession type, name and expiry selected in the booking process.

Due to track work, maintenance, repairs or operational reasons Queensland Rail Travel may have replace coaches/buses and operate on an amended timetable.

If you have any amendments or changes to make upon receiving your confirm tickets, please email us right away so can make the changes for you and DO NOT wait too long.

If you wish to cancel your ticket, please be informed that cancellations must be advised before the scheduled departure date and time shown on the ticket. The following fees will apply:

No refund if not cancelled before the departure date and time shown on the ticket or NO SHOW.

Please arrive at the station one hour prior to your departure time.

Our various Fare Types have different luggage limits and restrictions, please ask your consultant for details or view the Luggage policy.

We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover you for your journey for any unexpected changes.

We are only a booking agent and not the actual operator, hence we take no responsibility for loss or damages incurred to you on the train.

You agree and understand that we are a accredited booking agent for Queensland Rail Travel.
