Fare Type Details

AChoice Adult fare – A full fare for bookings made within 48 hours of travel, subject to availability, conditions apply.
Wholesale Adult fare – An advance purchase fare, subject to availability, conditions apply.
Child fare – Available for travellers 4 to 15 years of age (inclusive).
Student and International Backpacker fares – For travellers 16 years and over with a valid student concession card (QLD, ISIC or ISE card) and/or a valid international address and passport. Backpacker fare excludes domestic backpackers.
Australian Interstate Pensioner fare – Applicable for current Australian Pensioner Concession Card holders (outside of Queensland).
Australian Senior fare – Applicable for current Australian State or Territory Government Seniors Card holders.
Queensland Pensioner fare – Applicable to current Queensland Pensioner Concession Card (PCC) holders. Rates for Queensland Pensioners using their rail entitlements are available on request.

Meals and Refreshments

All Tilt Train services have a Servery for customers to purchase meals and refreshments. In-seat trolley service for refreshments is available on some services.
Customers with reduced mobility or disability can request assistance from our team who will be happy to deliver refreshments to the seat. Please advise additional support required at the time of booking.
